Partnership Broker Services:

Good brokering can play a significant part in ensuring that a partnership becomes an innovative and productive mechanism for change. Are you looking for an accredited partnership broker to support partners throughout the partnering cycle as a catalyst, change agent and trouble shooter. As an accredited partnership Broker I support partners throughout the partnering cycle as a catalyst, change agent and trouble shooter and:
  • act as a change maker and intervene in a range of ways depending on what is most appropriate to the needs of the partnership and / or the phase of the partnership in the partnership cycle.
  • connect ideas and people in order to help clarify the goals and improve the operations of a partnership
  • support partners in capacity-building, communication, facilitation, process management, record keeping and more
  • support partners in the 'moving on phase'
  • help partners to maximise benefits and impact.
