As an accredited partnership Broker I support partners throughout the partnering cycle as a catalyst, change agent and trouble shooter and:
  • act as a change maker and intervene in a range of ways depending on what is most appropriate to the needs of the partnership and / or the phase of the partnership in the partnership cycle.
  • connect ideas and people in order to help clarify the goals and improve the operations of a partnership
  • support partners in capacity-building, communication, facilitation, process management, record keeping and more
  • support partners in the 'moving on phase' 
  • help partners to maximise benefits and impact.

  • Mondiaal FNV (2021-2022) – Support Dutch Trade Union Organisation - Mondiaal FNV with their strategic positioning in a changing world. Questions Mondiaal FNV was trying to get further clarity on are: What are the most important global changes that will affect trade union work world-wide and how can and should Mondiaal FNV best contribute to better working conditions for all in the long-term and in partnership with their counterparts.
